Jon Klaff – CMO, Lot18

Jon Klaff
Jon is SVP, Chief Marketing Officer at Lot18 Holdings. Prior to joining the executive team at Lot18, Mr. Klaff spent over five years as Vice President / Client Partner at Razorfish, LLC, one the world's largest digital marketing consultancies, where he led the New York office's Retail Group that includes noteworthy brands such as Ralph Lauren, Victoria's Secret and Staples. Jon is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, Penn and lives in New York City with his wife Tara.

Rishi Prabhu – Co-founder, Bespoke Post

Rishi Prabhu
Rishi is the Co-founder of Bespoke Post. Rishi worked at Groupon & Google in marketing strategy roles. Prior to this, Rishi was a strategy consultant for Charles River Associates developing data-driven marketing strategies. He loves jalapeno potato chips, Haribo gummi bears, and blood orange sorbet. Rishi has a BA & MS in Computer Science from NYU, and an MBA in Marketing from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Bespoke Post is a curated subscription club for men. It sends its members a recurring & thematic "Box of Awesome" filled with hard-to-find products from the best brands. Bespoke Post turns its members into the Most Interesting Man in the World, one box at a time. For brand partners, Bespoke Post is a new marketing channel for brands to access a coveted and targeted demographic.

Craig Elbert – VP of Analytics, Bonobos

Craig Elbert
As the VP of Analytics at Bonobos, Craig is responsible for creating a data-driven culture throughout the company. In this role, he manages the company's key metrics across the business, from marketing acquisition and merchandising analytics to site traffic and conversion. Craig has been at Bonobos for three years. Prior to Bonobos, he was in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and financial operations at Warner Music Group. He has a BA from Dartmouth ('03) and an MBA from Wharton ('09).

Bonobos is a premium online only men’s apparel brand based in NYC. The company is focused on over-serving an under-served market: guys who want clothes that fit and look great but who don’t have time to shop. Launched in 2007 around a better fitting pair of men’s pants, the brand now also designs and markets suits, polos, sport shirts, shorts, swim and outerwear.

Tom Wilde – CEO, Ramp

Tom Wilde
Tom Wilde is the CEO of the Software as a Service (SaaS) platform RAMP. He is a widely recognized leader in the field of Internet search and online advertising, and prior to becoming RAMP’s CEO has held numerous leadership roles in the field including SVP/GM of the Consumer Division at domain portfolio company NameMedia, senior vice president and general manager of MIVA Inc.¹s North American division, responsible for both MIVA¹s U.S. online advertising network as well as the company¹s consumer business, and senior operating roles managing Terra Lycos¹ global search & publishing divisions. Tom has also served on the IAB Search Engine Committee and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Toy – CEO and Co-founder, Enterproid

Andrew Toy is CEO and co-founder at Enterproid Inc. Before Enterproid, Andrew was vice president of mobile and syndication technology at MTV Networks. In this role, he provided technological leadership for digital distribution of Viacom content, serving cable brands including MTV, Vh1, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon and online properties such as Gametrailers and Atom. Distribution partners included mobile operators such as Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and Alltell and major online brands such as MSN, AOL. and Hulu. Prior to joining MTV Networks, Andrew headed mobile application development for Morgan Stanley, specializing in mobile-video delivery as well as fixed-mobile convergent telephony. Before Morgan Stanley, Andrew was chief architect for Jarna Inc, a startup focused on enabling mobile workflows on event-based platforms.

Andrew holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University, where he has also served as an associate lecturer.

Steve Barch – CEO, PackLate

Steve Barsh
Steve Barsh is the CEO of PackLate, driving the vision, strategy, and execution to deliver great travel deals in a fun and exciting marketplace. Steve has owned vacation rental property in Park City, Utah for over 10 years. As he was graduating from the University of Michigan with a BS in Computer Science, Steve founded SECA, Inc., a software and consulting company which he sold to MCI seven years later. Steve has lead a software anti-piracy company in Israel and an Internet company focusing on the baby boomer space. In 2008 Steve camped out with First Round Capital and in 2009 became a partner in DreamIt Ventures, a pre-seed venture firm. Steve teaches part time at The Wharton School and is a co-founder of The Stop ALD Foundation, a medical research foundation focused on Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD).

Neda Talebian Funk – Co-founder and CEO, FITiST

Neda Talebian Funk
Neda brings her FITiST attitude to everything she does. Her competitive spirit has served her well in her career in finance, fashion, and luxury goods, where she has worked for esteemed companies such as Bear Stearns and Oscar de la Renta. As a marketing consultant, she brought fresh, strategic thinking to clients such as Chanel, La Prairie, and Gilt Groupe. As an athlete, well, look out. Neda has run several marathons, her last in 3:15, which is currently a Funk and Talebian family best. (Her husband and sister are determined to take the title back.) Her first triathlon was a half Ironman, where she swam in open water for the first time. She met her husband in a spin class, and, like a true FITiST, she went into labor with her son, Tyler, during a group fitness class called “Pure Strength.” Neda has a BA from Georgetown and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Sachin Nanavati – Co-founder, Docphin

Sachin Nanavati
Sachin a seasoned healthcare industry professional, leads Docphin's business and market strategy. Prior to founding Docphin, he worked as a management consultant at IMS Consulting Group, specializing in global commercial strategies for pharmaceutical clients. Before IMS, Sachin worked in marketing and sales roles at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and GlaxoSmithKline. Sachin holds a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Columbia Business School.

Docphin is the Bloomberg for Doctors. Docphin is a platform that personalizes medical news and research. Kunal Sehgal – Co-founder and Director of Finance, Pure Fare

Kunal Sehgal
Kunal is the Co-founder of Pure Fare - an innovative, health focused fast casual food/tech brand. He studied Economics at NYU. Kunal is a lover of travel, art, music, architecture + design, cross fitting and all things NYC. Kunal also currently works full time as the director of finance for Venmo, a mobile payments company. Before Pure Fare, Kunal worked in the entertainment industry and, most recently, as a media and technology investment banker.

Pure Fare is a first of its kind fast casual brand. Pure Fare’s mission is to provide delicious, fresh, healthy, all natural foods supported by an integrated suite of interactive web based tools that allow consumers to achieve their health goals. Aaron Montgomery – Co-founder and COO, CarLotz

Aaron Montgomery
Aaron is Co-founder and COO of CarLotz, a used vehicle consignment store based in Richmond, VA. Prior to CarLotz, Aaron was a consultant with McKinsey & Company where he advised automotive and manufacturing clients on finance strategy, supply chain management, and performance improvement. Aaron has also played an active role in managing several turnarounds, acquisitions, and organizational changes in automotive retail through his work with several of the nation's largest dealer groups including the Penske, MileOne, Stewart, and Suburban Automotive Groups. Aaron graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Economics and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

CarLotz is a bricks and mortar auto retail marketplace that allows used car buyers and sellers to transact with one another safely, efficiently, and anonymously. By using a consignment store model, CarLotz enables customers to buy and sell used cars privately without the traditional hassle of arranging meetings, test drives, and negotiations with other buyers and sellers. CarLotz also offers financing, warranties, and other after-market services that aren't typically available in the private market. Their goal is to save people money and to make used car transactions enjoyable and convenient for both buyers and sellers.

Mickey Pascarella – Principal, The Mickey Pascarella Group Keller Williams

Mickey Pascarella
Mickey started in Philadelphia real estate in 2006. Since then he has consistently been ranked as a top real estate agent in Philadelphia. Mickey is a member of the Agent Leadership Council, head of the Keller Williams Center City Educational committee and recruitment committee, as well as the top agent in Keller Williams Center City from 2007-2011. An avid athlete, in his free time he enjoys golf and running. He resides in the Passyunk Square area of Philadelphia.

Sergio Esposito – Founder, Italian Wine Merchants

Sergio Esposito
The Founder of Italian Wine Merchants, Sergio Esposito has over twenty years of experience in the wine industry, and his excellent work has made him a global authority on Italian wine. Sergio began his career as a wine consultant; in 1999, he expanded that role when he opened IWM’s New York City retail space. That store has now grown to include four synchronous ventures—IWM Cellars in Aspen, Colorado; IWM Hong Kong; Vino Holdings; and The Bottle Asset Fund—as well as a robust online presence. Originally from Napoli, Sergio’s parents moved his family to New York when he was seven, an adventure that served as a basis for his memoir, Passion on the Vine. Sergio has now returned to Italy with his own family, a move that allows him to spend more time sourcing wine, meeting with producers, and enjoying the land that he loves.

Eden Abrahams
Eden is the founder of Clear Path Executive Coaching, a boutique executive coaching practice in New York City. She draws on her professional development expertise and over two decades of corporate communications and consulting experience to help individuals, teams and organizations achieve their goals.

As a coach, Eden collaborates with leaders to help them navigate change and uncertainty by leveraging their strengths and addressing behaviors or skill gaps that are getting in the way. She has partnered with executives in diverse fields including publishing, fashion, advertising, design, financial services, energy, pharmaceuticals, architecture and legal services, as well as the non-profit sector. Eden also provides career development and consulting services to graduate students at New York University’s Stern School of Business and The Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.

Eden holds M.A. degrees in Executive Coaching from Middlesex University in London and European studies and economics from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She received her B.A. from Northwestern University, where she majored in political science and Italian.

Vanessa Bailey – Founder, Cressida Partners

Vanessa Bailey
Vanessa is a veteran of executive recruitment for private equity, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She founded Cressida Partners in New York in 1999. Vanessa began her career at Russell Reynolds Associates where she worked in London, New York and Tokyo.

Through her career, Vanessa has represented a broad array of top tier private equity firms and maintains a concentrated portfolio of long-standing clients for whom she is both recruiter and advisor.

Vanessa, a British national, graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University with an M.A. (Honors) in Modern Languages. She is a marathon runner and a certified milliner, as well an advocate for a number of animal rescue organizations.

Mona Bijoor – CEO and Founder, Joor

Mona Bijoor
With over twelve years of experience, Mona benefits from understanding both the brand and boutique perspectives having worked for CHANEL, Elie Tahari, Cynthia Rowley, Mimi Maternity, and Ann Taylor. She received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Rick Desai – Co-founder, Dashfire

Rick Desai
Dashfire partners with entrepreneurs to convert ideas and powerpoints into products through software development and business acceleration. We have partnered with 18 companies to date that have led to the creation of 70+ jobs. Our portfolio includes: EverTrue, BucketFeet, kWhOURS, and Formative Learning.

Rick Desai co-founded Dashfire in 2009 and has helped launched over 18 start-up ventures. Rick has over 6 years of investment experience, including tenures at the Chicago-based private equity firm, Madison Dearborn Partners and Lehman Brothers Investment Bank. Rick was granted the William J. Clinton Fellowship in 2008 and spent a year working with Saath (www.saath.org) in India, concentrating on microfinance and market-based development. He is also an angel investor in social enterprises and sits on the Board of Directors of R3 Resources in India.

Nick Shah – Co-founder and CEO, Ampush Media

Nick Shah
Nick is a co-founder and CEO of Ampush Media, a disruptive startup in the digital media space. Prior to founding Ampush, Nick worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in New York and Mumbai advising on a range of deals, from IPOs to mergers, in the media and telecom industries. Nick graduated from The University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School with a dual concentration in Finance and Operations and Information Management.

Ampush Media is a technology and data driven online advertising startup founded in 2009 by 3 former Wall Street professionals/Upenn alum. The business spans multiple channels (e.g., search, contextual) with a deep focus on social. We build proprietary analytics and automation tools which help turn an ad-click into a digestible advertiser action (e.g., Lead, Like, Sign-up.) Josh Kopelman – Managing Partner, First Round Capital

Josh Kopelman
Josh has been an active entrepreneur and investor in the Internet industry since its commercialization. In 1992, while he was a student at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Josh co-founded Infonautics Corporation – an Internet information company. In 1996, Infonautics went public on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

Josh founded Half.com in July of 1999, and led it to become one of the largest sellers of used books, movies and music in the world. Half.com was acquired by eBay in July 2000 -- and Josh remained with eBay for three years, running the Half.com business unit and growing eBay’s Media marketplace to almost half a billion dollars in annual gross merchandise sales. In late 2003 Josh helped to found TurnTide, an anti-spam company that created the world's first anti-spam router. TurnTide was acquired by Symantec just six months later.

In 2001 Josh and his wife created the Kopelman Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on angel philanthropy to provide “start-up” grants to social entrepreneurs. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Main Line Health, suburban Philadelphia's most comprehensive healthcare resource, operating four of the region's most-respected hospitals. He also serves on as a member of the advisory boards for Wharton Entrepreneurial Center and the Weiss Tech House at the University of Pennsylvania.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Rob Coneybeer – Managing Director, Shasta Ventures

Rob Coneybeer
Rob Coneybeer is a veteran venture capitalist who approaches start-up investing from a deep product perspective. At Shasta Ventures, the Sand Hill Road firm he co-founded in 2004, Rob focuses on mobile and wireless startups. Rob started his career working in the Astro Space division of Martin Marietta, where he helped build the first EchoStar spacecraft. Later he moved into venture capital at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) in Silicon Valley. There, he led 15 early-stage investments in companies spanning the semiconductor, software and networking industries. Some of Rob’s recent investments include Nest; Relay Rides; Arch Rock (acquired by Cisco); Mocana; Red Robot Labs; Eye-Fi; and SayNow (acquired by Google).

Rob earned a master of science in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Joe Cohen – Co-founder and CEO, Coursekit

Joe Cohen
Joseph Cohen is the co-founder and CEO of Coursekit, the academic social network. He started the company as an undergraduate at Wharton and left after his sophomore year to pursue the business full time. Coursekit is used by instructors and students around the world, and has raised two rounds of capital to date.
