Launched in 2007 around a better fitting pair of men’s pants, the brand now also designs and markets suits, polos, sport shirts, shorts, swim and outerwear.

Andrew Toy – CEO and Co-founder, Enterproid
Andrew Toy is CEO and co-founder at Enterproid Inc. Before Enterproid, Andrew was vice president of mobile and syndication technology at MTV Networks. In this role, he provided technological leadership for digital distribution of Viacom content, serving cable brands including MTV, Vh1, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon and online properties such as Gametrailers and Atom. Distribution partners included mobile operators such as Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and Alltell and major online brands such as MSN, AOL. and Hulu. Prior to joining MTV Networks, Andrew headed mobile application development for Morgan Stanley, specializing in mobile-video delivery as well as fixed-mobile convergent telephony. Before Morgan Stanley, Andrew was chief architect for Jarna Inc, a startup focused on enabling mobile workflows on event-based platforms.
Andrew holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University, where he has also served as an associate lecturer.

Eden Abrahams – Founder, Clear Path Executive Coaching

As a coach, Eden collaborates with leaders to help them navigate change and uncertainty by leveraging their strengths and addressing behaviors or skill gaps that are getting in the way. She has partnered with executives in diverse fields including publishing, fashion, advertising, design, financial services, energy, pharmaceuticals, architecture and legal services, as well as the non-profit sector. Eden also provides career development and consulting services to graduate students at New York University’s Stern School of Business and The Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.
Eden holds M.A. degrees in Executive Coaching from Middlesex University in London and European studies and economics from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She received her B.A. from Northwestern University, where she majored in political science and Italian.

Through her career, Vanessa has represented a broad array of top tier private equity firms and maintains a concentrated portfolio of long-standing clients for whom she is both recruiter and advisor.
Vanessa, a British national, graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University with an M.A. (Honors) in Modern Languages. She is a marathon runner and a certified milliner, as well an advocate for a number of animal rescue organizations.

Rick Desai – Co-founder, Dashfire

Rick Desai co-founded Dashfire in 2009 and has helped launched over 18 start-up ventures. Rick has over 6 years of investment experience, including tenures at the Chicago-based private equity firm, Madison Dearborn Partners and Lehman Brothers Investment Bank. Rick was granted the William J. Clinton Fellowship in 2008 and spent a year working with Saath (www.saath.org) in India, concentrating on microfinance and market-based development. He is also an angel investor in social enterprises and sits on the Board of Directors of R3 Resources in India.

Josh Kopelman – Managing Partner, First Round Capital

Josh founded Half.com in July of 1999, and led it to become one of the largest sellers of used books, movies and music in the world. Half.com was acquired by eBay in July 2000 -- and Josh remained with eBay for three years, running the Half.com business unit and growing eBay’s Media marketplace to almost half a billion dollars in annual gross merchandise sales. In late 2003 Josh helped to found TurnTide, an anti-spam company that created the world's first anti-spam router. TurnTide was acquired by Symantec just six months later.
In 2001 Josh and his wife created the Kopelman Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on angel philanthropy to provide “start-up” grants to social entrepreneurs. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Main Line Health, suburban Philadelphia's most comprehensive healthcare resource, operating four of the region's most-respected hospitals. He also serves on as a member of the advisory boards for Wharton Entrepreneurial Center and the Weiss Tech House at the University of Pennsylvania.
Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Rob earned a master of science in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
