Here are a few things that the Operations team would like to share with you to make your day at the conference easy and enjoyable:
- Once you enter the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown hotel, please proceed to the 4th floor where the Registration tables will be set up. If possible, please take the escalator. If you take an elevator, you will need to find the escalator anyway since our tables will be set up directly across from it.
- At the Registration, you will receive the conference brochure, promotional brochures of our sponsors and one-page flyer that will contain detailed conference logistics and may contain last-minute Agenda changes. Please bring your conference ticket with you.
- You will have an opportunity to color-code your name tag indicating your primary industry focus (color coding labels and “how to” instructions will be available at the Registration table). This may help you to easily identify people at the conference with similar industry focus. In order to further facilitate the networking, we will set up industry-focused tables at lunch. Please feel free to join them.
- The conference activities will take place on two floors of the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown hotel:
4th floor - Registration, Panels and Start-up Expo;
5th floor - Breakfast, all Keynote Addresses, Lunch, Drinks & Networking.
- Should you need any help on the day of the conference, please contact our volunteers who will be wearing the T-shirt which looks like this:
